how to create top menu using labels in blogger

How to create top menu using labels in blogger for page navigation. Labels are very useful tool for managing data on your blog. In my previous post I have shared the some important use of Labels in blogger. .this post will learn how to create top menu using Labels in blogger. 

To create top menu in blogger keep these following tips in your mind when your are writing new post.

1) Create unique Labels for each category

2) You can add space in Labels and separate it with commas, but it is better 

     create Label for menu purpose without space.

Note: Mostly browsers did not understand the space and convert the space in            to 20 % , this is not understandable 

3) Do not forget to add specific Label in each post so it can be visible when

    your visitors click on  label.

Lets start creating Top menu with Labels:

1) Go to your Page Layout from the drop down menu of your Main Blogger home page.

 2) Click on Add a Gadget as shown in this picture below, there are many links like this it is better to click on link that is Under the header, if this is not available click on sidebar given link.

3) Select the HTML / Java Script from the next popup window as shown in picture.

 4) Now select the Labels from next page as shown in pictures.

5) You will see the page as shown in picture below. 

It is by default selected as All Labels select Selected Labels. 

Select the link as List 

After this select your preferred Labels from the list in box belw, that you want to show as Main Menu at top bar.  

For your convenience real screen shoot as been attached. 

Click on Save button to save your setting .

6) Final step after saving your widget , simply drag this widget under the header as shown in picture blew.

Now click on Save Arrangement button at top of Layout Page.
