There are many post about most important things before publishing new post on your website of blog and these are all very well defined in Google search. Today I have selected 5 must to do things before publishing new post specially for blogger users. It will help you to better target your viewers and higher rank in Google search.
1: Labels 
Labels are most important things for your website or blog in order to better categorize your contents and it will help your readers to easily navigate on your website and get access to their required information. Labels are just like tagging your contents with other related post of your website. Labels are best and easiest way for categorizing your content in best way. Before you click on publish button remember to add Labels and it is recommended to link old labels with new post.
2. Search Description 
Search Descriptions is a small description of your post not more than 100 words and these words are visible in search engine under the link. Remember when user search about contents they make decision rather to visit the link or ignore the link after reading the search description. This is power of blogger that they offer such wonderful tool only for blogger users. Search description is just introduced before 2 years before this there is no option like that and bloggers use to manually coding for this function. Search description is available right side with other tools like, labels, schedule, permalink, location and Search description.
Double click on search description icon in order to add search description of your new post. In some cases you might not find search description tool do not worry follow these steps to activate search description.
Go to blogger ➝ click on Setting ➝ Search preferences ➝ scroll the page up ➝ click on description Edit link ➝ Enable search description ➝ Yes

3. Insert Jump Break 
Insert Jump Break is used to break is used to break the current page into other page. I know only one use of this tool which is to offer Feedburner feed summary only rather then sending full length email to your subscribers. Feedburner another very useful tool by Google used for newsletter. You can read my other post about how to offer only post summary to your subscriber with read more link in email.
4. Add Title and Alt tags 
Alt and Title tags are used to identify your images in search engines alt tag is used to show when because of some kind of error your image is not showing on the web page visitor will only read the text instead of image and title tag is used for displaying. 5. Preview the post 
Previewing the post before publishing is the most important and final thing you can do with your post to avoid from all mistakes. There are many thing you can do in this final steps but I have listed some of them.
- Check for font size and image size (Make sure all fonts, heading and formatting are in sequence and Image size as well )
- Make ensure the length of post and it is very well defined or not, is it covering all areas that you mention in post title
- Check for links and references
- check for Spellings and Grammar mistakes
